The Rewire Company helps non-technical leaders, teams, and school districts work out what to actually do with AI. Based here in Glen Ellyn.
Most businesses do not have a technology problem. They have a few pieces of work that get stuck: the handoff nobody owns, the report one person rebuilds every month, the decision that waits on a calendar. We start there, with the stuck work, and figure out whether AI helps. Half the time the answer does not need AI at all.

Before this I spent 20 years in corporate HR and management, most of it in roles that did not exist before I was in them. I didn't start this because I love AI. I started it because the people who know the work best are usually the last ones asked how to change it. AI works for you. You're the expert. -
