Saturday, May 6 at 2:00 PM in the Glen Ellyn History Center at 800 N. Main Street, author Wesley Adamczyk tells the story of his book, "When God Looked the Other Way."  As a young Polish boy he and his family were deported from their  home in Luck, Poland to Soviet Siberia in May of 1940.  His father was killed at the Katyn massacre.  His book is a memoir of a boyhood lived in unspeakable circumstances and how he has managed to keep faith in the human race.  Adults $5, students 18 and under free.  Information at 630-469-1867.
