Third Annual Vintage Car Fest May 21

The Third Annual Glen Ellyn Vintage Auto Fest will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. at Stacy`s Tavern Museum & the Glen Ellyn History Center 800 N. Main Street  in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. There will be a wide variety of vintage automobiles for visitors to enjoy, and speakers throughout the day will be offering talks in the History Center about the history of automobiles. The featured marque this year is the Cadillac. A Bake Sale sponsored by The Glen Ellyn Historical Society offers pastries, pies, and cookies to munch at the fest or take home to share for dinner. Stacy`s Corners Store is hosting its annual sidewalk sale. Stacy`s Tavern Museum is offering free mini-tours from 12 noon - 3 p.m., and is also hosting an exhibit on the Quilts of Barbara Ann Weber Leak: A Celebration of American Folk Art. A children`s activity center is also available. The event is free to the public.
