Pumpkin Smash

Don't trash your pumpkins, smash them with the Glen Ellyn Park District! Have fun smashing your jack-o-lantern and turning it into compost that will help nourish vegetable gardens next season instead of contributing to methane emissions in a landfill. All pumpkins will be weighed prior to smashing (please no painted pumpkins and all decorations and candles must be removed). Attendees are asked to wear a face covering and maintain proper social distancing. Free and open to the public, no registration required.
