Event Description:
Our September 3 meeting will feature Laura Glaza, Executive Director of Glen House Food Pantry, in recognition of Hunger Action Month.
Following Laura's presentation, we'll participate in a hands-on volunteer project by assembling birthday bags for Glen House Food Pantry clients. These bags help make birthdays a little more special and typically include items such as cake mix, frosting, candles, plates, napkins, and other birthday essentials.
We invite all attendees to bring donations of these items to the meeting. Together, we'll assemble the birthday bags, which Glen House Food Pantry distributes to clients during their birthday month.
