Tuesday, July 25, 7:00 PM at the Glen Ellyn History Center, 800 N. Main Street, well known actor Terry Lynch portrays Mark Twain in the presentation titled, “Between Two Comets: The Life of Mark Twain. The Halley's Comets of 1835 and 1910 coincided with Twain's life span. During that time he penned some of the most interesting, beloved and controversial literature of the 19th century. Lynch as Twain, shares his life, writings, his struggle to support his family with his work and to be accepted by society. Refreshments are served.
