Event Description:
Join us for an afternoon in the park. Bring a picnic lunch, tour the newly renovated LEED-certified Boathouse. Guided walks will be given of the woodland restoration area. Local environmental groups will be present to share ideas on sustainable lifestyles. Canoes and kayaks will be available for rental. Kids can complete a passport while visiting educational stations throughout the park. Rain barrels will be available for purchase at this event.
