Cubanismo! is an all-star orchestra founded by legendary trumpeter Jesus Alemany to celebrate the legacy of Cuban music in dance styles from around the world. Their sizzling up-tempo tunes full of swaggering horn and wild polyrthythm recall the vintage big-band son sound, traditional rumba, cha-cha, and other rhythms developed by Cuban jazz greats of the 40's.
