State Representative Terra Costa Howard will have the opportunity to address the local business community and answer questions about issues that matter most to the Glen Ellyn chamber members. The Small Business Advocacy Council will serve as the moderator for the discussion.

State Rep. Terra Costa Howard is a lawyer, a small business owner, a teacher, a wife, a mother, and a tireless advocate for children and people in need. As a member of the Illinois House since 2019, Costa Howard has been a strong voice for victims and survivors of trafficking. She has also worked hard to provide new protections for Illinois seniors.
Now in her fourth term in the General Assembly, Costa Howard represents the 42nd House District, which includes Lombard, Glen Ellyn, and parts of Wheaton, Downers Grove, Lisle, and Naperville. She serves as Chair of the House Human Services Committee and Vice Chair of the Adoption & Child Welfare Committee.
